Yet another stock thing from me, this time the official miui music app, that installs and works fine on cm9

REQUIRES ANDROID 4.0 OR HIGHER AND AN ARMV7 PROCESSOR

Quite simple what it does. The only thing it lacks is a widget for third party launchers (hint hint Xiomi)
Features:
Lyrics
Equliser
Spectogram (you know the dancing bars to the music)
Auto album art (trust me, it's **** at that)

Note: I have dpi @160, so it may look different on your device

I'm going to give it its proper icon tomorrow, but for now we're stuck with the crappy:

Just install it as a regular apk

Hit the thanks button ;)

Thanks for this. Looks great here just wish we could get the widget also ;-)

The widget relies fully on the launcher, it's not actually in the app. Phantom music control pro should be able to control it though

I can't. Anything newer needs deep framework implementation
