Hello!

I have recently discovered that there are quite a few variations of Xperia Z2. For example, I own a D6503, but there's also D6502, D6543 and possibly even more that I haven't heard of. Are there any significant differences between all those?

The 03 version is the European LTE model. The 02 is the HSPDA+ model. 43, at least with the Z1, is the Brazillian LTE model. Maybe there are other places with the same model? I know there is after a while a 06 version, which is US LTE model...

Hello everyone.
I have two D6503 boxes:
SHz5uIv.jpg

The phone from the bottom box was my old phone and I could use LTE on it. Today I got the phone from the upper box and turned out it does not support my carrier's LTE.

I'm not gonna use it as my main phone but I'm very curious about how it's possible. Еverywhere is written that D6503 has LTE bands 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 13, 17, 20 as mentioned on the bottom label. But on the upper label LTE is not even mentioned even though 4G is listed in the network settings. In the Service Menu > Service Info > Configuration, under the Working band/s section the same ten LTE bands are listed. I also tried to set "LTE_ONLY" mode via the Service Menu and perform a network search. It found two local LTE networks out of three (only my carrier was not listed).

Can somebody explain this and how can I even know what LTE band this phone really supports?
