Can we have only the flashable MOD for v7?
It's no big deal actually, but downloading only the MODs is way more convenient as it has small size.

Thanks.

Hey All,

I've had a very rough past weeks between school and work, but i finally managed to get some time to update the rom.

At the end non of the init.d scripts really did a lot of change so I did not added them, but thanks a lot to android_nexus and phone_user for your help.

Check the changelog on the OP.

Cheers
Thanks for the update :)

V7
  • Moved Extras Options unda Display & interface (To keep up with how pete organizes)
  • CircleMod to Battery Text
  • Fast Torch (While Screen is off, press and hold power button to turn on the LED Flash)
  • Scrolling Cache (for a more smoother scrolling)
  • Really turn of light sensor (When you set the brigtness manualy, the light sensor used to stay on, thus consuming more battery)

Is it just me or there are others having their alarm icon in the status bar disappears?
I flashed the full ROM+MODs over Bugless Beast 2nd March build with only wipe cache + Dalvik cache.

One more thing, when trying the "hold on power button while screen off for quick torch", I got an FC on System UI and my wallpaper changed after that.
But it happened only once though.
Once I changed my wallpaper back and tried again holding the power button while the screen is off, no FC appeared.

By the way, great work once again Mandaman2k.
Scrolling is much, much smoother than before.

Very good ROM. Things just work!

One interesting thing i have found though is that for me, Titanium Backup seems to work a bit differently.

TB is the first thing i install after flashing, straight from market.

On other ROMS i re-install apps and data from TB and then have to put in a number of things like WiFi passwords and info for email accounts.

With this ROM they are there after i run the TB re-install.

Its great, but i wonder why?? Any ideas??

    Hi,

For all the people who like PA Bugless Beast ROMs I'm posting here a modification of his ICS ROM with a personal choice of mods I like and use.

I chose Bugless Beast as base ROM because in my personal opinion is the cleanest, and least modified AOSP so I can add my preferences change.

On this version, as my first ROM I'm adding:

    • CM9 T9 Dialer
    • Extended Power menu - Reboot Options
    • MMS fix Added by Peter Alfonso
    • Power Notification Menu (To Open just tap the setting icon on the status bar, tap and hold to go to settings, thanks to TeamKang).
    • Battery Text in Notification
    • Custom Carrier Label
For more changes check the changelog below.

I'm still very new at all this custom rom thing, but I'm planning to add more things to the ROM but as always keeping it as Clean and AOSP as possible.

Also as I do my own updates I'll be adding every new nightly that Pete get's out of course with my mods if that is he hasn't already got them in.

    Future Mods
    • Lockscreen options

    Hey all,

Sorry for being away for all this time I was working with PA to better integrate the toggles to his ROM and some other fixes.

He is about to release it any time, with all new surprises.

Once the build is out I'll continue my mods based on this new build.

Hope to see you all here.

    Cheers
