Almost 2 years since the gtablet showed up on Woot, and got a lot of us here.
Would be interesting to see the ROM distribution today.

A few more questions with my answers

Name of ROM you are using: TNTLite 4.4
Other tablets you bought for yourself and others: Nook simple touch (for outdoors) , Lenovo Ideatab a2109 (cheap 10" Tegra 3)
Most used app (choose one if you have many): Feedly
Battery life: Seems to have gone down some, but still usable. Charge every other day.

Other tablets you bought for yourself and others: None
Most used app (choose one if you have many): Slingbox Mobile
Battery life: Gtab sits a lot. I have to look for it most of the time. Battery life is good still.

I have been using CM 7.2.0 for 9 months. Not the fastest, but everything works well, very stable.
No other tab
Dolphin browser
Excellent battery life

Norton
SmOoTher_BeAn_4.1.2 4dA Winz!
Fast, stable, works great with the dock and Bluetooth controllers.
Front facing camera doesn't work, but I don't Skype so no big loss. I'm currently using my Gtab as a media center/ retro gaming rig. As much as I once loved it, it just got too heavy with prolonged use when reading or surfing the net.
I almost miss Flash, but I can live without it all things considered. Went to a smaller 4.0.4 tablet for net and use as an E-reader for books and comics. Can't blame the rom on the lack of flash, its 4.1.2.

ROM: Team DRH ICS Beta 1.2 (solid as the day is long).
Battery has good life.

Most used app: Netflix

My kids use the tablet now as a movie/game platform.

I bought mine at Tiger Direct before the Woot sale.

Original Wooter here. Smoother bean ROM. It runs much better than Viewsonic's last stock ROM.
Use Gmail app the most with stock browser.
FWIW, I did not repartition my tablet with NVflash. The ROM runs fine on the standard partition if you don't
overload it. My Tablet is one of the unlucky ones that goes into an APX loop every time it gets NVflashed.
Battery life is fine for me.

Rom: TeamDRH ICS Beta
Other Tablets: None
Most Used App: Variety. It replaced my Franklin Planner at work through a combination of TouchDown (exchange client), Color Note (note taking),
Battery Life: I use it for a good portion of every day, and I don't need to charge it until late at night. It's about the same as it was when I bought it.

ROM: Smoother Bean version 1.5.2 and PacMan 4.2.2 (I always run different ROMs on each Gtab, just in case of failure, however I'm a great and loyal fan of Nobe1976's consistently rock steady ROMs)
Others: have 2 Gtabs, no other tablets
Most used: VLC
Battery: 8hr battery life - very little degradation

Just in case you are still curious...

Name of ROM you are using: CyanogenMod 7.2
Other tablets you bought for yourself and others: Toshiba Excite AT305. Never more. Won't get a tablet you can't root.
Most used app (choose one if you have many): I'm not using the tablet so frequently yet. The gTablet was actually bought for my mom. Not exactly sure how she is using it, but I would guess once I set up dock with HDMI, XBMC will be the most frequently used app. In the meantime, I would say her currently most used app is stock browser which can still stream video from some websites like Rachel Maddow, NBC Nightly News, etc.
Battery life: Most of the time, tablets are plugged in dock, so can't comment on battery life.
