ARC S is it back ?

after my arc s is fully dead phone i get help from @kks111 to revive it so all thanks to him

my prblm is i can't boot the phone any way

things i can trun into it :

Flash mode
Fastboot mode

thing i try it to boot my phone but not lucky :
flash GB FW
flash ICS FW
flash semc GB FW by S1tool And setool
flash kernel
unlock bootleader
relock bootledader
wipe data - cash by Fastboot mode

thing i dont try it till now :

repair it by SUSE

things i can't do it :

boot my phone

charge my phone (here good piont bcoz when i charge my phone i see kernel logo and about 5 sec the screen is lighting for about 7 sec then reboot to kernel logo and the apear many time)

boot into CWM by flash kernel (it's entre CWM for 1 sec and it's reboot to kernel logo) (this just when i put it to charger bcoz i cant boot it)

can i flash custom rom like cm10 or cm11 by fastboot mode or any thing like that's

No. Flash a custom kernel for it, put the ROM.zip on your SD card and flash it in recovery. How to do it? Use the search button.

i know how to flash custom rom but my phone it's cant booting

i cant go to recovery bcoz it's showing for 1 sec and it's reboot to kernel logo (just when i charge the phone)

i dont try jb kernel , is jb kernel can fix my phone ??

Then why did you ask if you can flash a custom ROM via fastboot? Fastboot is for flashing kernels only.

Use Flashtool to flash a stock ICS FTF file, then flash a custom JB kernel and install the custom ROM of you're choice.
