Introduction
Here's the performance improvement add-on for (J/E/Miro/Tipo) [Stock ROMs Only]
It will make your device fly :D
But, Make sure it's not bloatwared

Init.d Tweaks
Intuisy Kernel (OC to 1.8 Ghz+A Lot of Governors+I/O Schedulers) (Thanks to @SatrioDwiPrabowo)
Build.prop Tweaks
SuperUser (Roots your device if it's not)
Greenify
Seeder
SetCPU
Supercharger V6
Adreno200 Optimization

Instructions
1-Boot into Recovery
2-Flash the ZIP
3-Reboot :D
