[Q] HTC One Completely Bricked - Fasboot and ADB not working

I also have a HTC One and One Max and have all USB Drivers installed and my One is changing to "Fastboot USB" but his phone isn't. Also TWRP is not starting. I can see the splash Screen of TWRP but its rebooting.
Also ADB is not working neither in fastboot nor when bootlooping.

Is it somehow possible to flash a stock rru without adb and fastboot working.
And what is the mode when connecting to the usb cable by Holding vol up+down. There is a red light active and i can find a "Android device" in Device Manager.

I hope someone can help me

But as I said Drivers were installed normaly and my HTC One is working without Problems in Fastboot. Also deleted Drivers and reinstalled without sucsess for Fastboot USB

And I already did bootloader unlock, s-off and super cid on win 8.1 x64 on my HTC one with hboot 1.54 without any problems
