Saraansh9 is referring to the process in which z4root can unroot the phone
Combined with ur stock roms, if the phone gets spoilt, dell will never know it was rooted. So warranty not void :D

Like if I got my speaker messed up and need to use the guarantee
Btw these roms are not rooted so u don't need to unroot them

Hmm. Thats why i posted them here. I too had a problem and had to revert back to stock to give it in for warranty.

Thanks to quantum foam and others asking for stock dell boot logo,I've added it to first post.

hi,

I have dell xcd35, facing issue with Wifi connectivity, i'm not sure if its hardware or software issue.

these are the details in about page.

BB ver p729b01
kernel 2.632.9-perf//dell-kernel@zdroid-smt
froyo_p729dlv1.0.0B01

I bought this from a friend of mine, i'm not sure if its modded firmware/kernel or not, so i like to try original settings first.

So how to i install it without custom recovery install? what tools to use it to flash this?

Go to the dell service centres. Tell them your issue. If its hardware they will probably replace the whole set so make a backup of all data. If its a software issue they'll sort it out then and there.

If your body is broken by you,you'd have to pay a small amount for it. Provided they have stock. I got my dell body replaced when I broke the screen and the plastic stuff around it recently. So yes.
