One M7 have this issue, when unlocked, the data partition will be erase.
But some apps will erase together bacause they are put in data partition, not system partiton.

And.....I found that M8 got a same problem ,too!
I unlocked my M8 at beginning and I'm not going to care this problem.
Today I found that flashlight and calculator are disappeared.
Fortunately, M7 have 4 apps disappeared, M8 I found only 2 apps.
But flashlight app I will use it sometimes. Does anyone have a backup?
