I'm looking for someone that has the Spotify APK. I already used a proxy to get the desktop application and the workaround to register without an invite and it's great.

Steps I took:
1) go to http://www.daveproxy.co.uk/
2) enter the following URL: https://www.spotify.com/en/get-started/
3) Enter invitation code: SJySMbb5pUEVyq2i
4) Code will fail (Click download) near code
5) Download application
6) Click signup from that download application page (will no longer ask for invitation code)
7) Sign up using UK postal code check http://www.postcodesearch.org.uk/
8)Install application and use new account.

My next step I want to take is to pay for premium subscription with paypal and run the android app.

My problem: US app store does not have the Spotify App available.

look in the other thread. I posted the apk but it may be an older one. I had installed it on donut 1.6 about 4 months ago.

This might be a dumb question but do you need to be a premium member to use this app? I currently have a spotify login but its a standard login. Will this app be useless to me?

I don't know if its changed since I've tried it but using this method on my desktop about a year ago worked but locked me out of my account after 14 days saying that I've been logged in an unsupported area for too long (they have a 2 week "vacation" mode).
