Umm...
I've already talked to Samsung support...
...first they told me to use another app... (not ok for me as a customer for a 700 Euro device)
...then they told me to reinstall the firmware and factory reset afterwards (problem still here)
...now the told me they'll forward it to their technicans.
I'll keep my fingers crossed something will happen.
They gave me the same troubleshooting. When they told me that the gallery app was written by Google then I realized I wasn't going to get anywhere so I hung up. Hopefully they'll ACTUALLY tell their technicians.

Oh... hmm. In my emails to Samsung I always refered to "Samsung Gallery".
Perhaps thats the reason they don't told me to ask Google....

The regular gallery app works fine for the pictures on my phone. I'm just talking about my picasa pictures.
