Nexus 5 Heaphone Jack

Hi

is nexus 5 compatible with xperia z2's headphones?

i'm asking because these headphones have 5 parts in their jack...that normal ones have 3 or 4 ...

Depends on what's your definition of compatible.

If you expect to just listen to music on it, then I think it will work. ( not 100% sure though )

But if you expect the noise cancellation to work, then I'm afraid you're out of luck. The noise cancellation will only work with sony Z2 as this earphone was actually built for the Z2.

Iphones don't have the required internal component to even support noise cancelling. It could be some software gimmick but, it's definately not the same noise cancellation as on the Z2.
