They have been releasing a bunch recently, thought it was new. If not I apologize.

Well I don't own the DNA I own the one xl but I lurk these forums ...I think source was released a while ago..hence them having sweep to wake and other goodies for quite some time now

HOXL here too, but I maintain 2 DNA's atm. We finally got source on HOXL, forgot that DNA had it already, and thought it was new. Source happy I guess.

Also: DO YOU HAVE AN ETA ON NEW SOURCE?

Sorry.....I couldn't resist:p

Have you updated Busybox? Comments in the Viper thread pointed to that as a possible cause of S2W problems.

You are swiping the soft keys left to right from Back to Home, right?

I updated bust box to 1.2.1.0 using Stephen (stericson) app and s2w has worked flawlessly on viper 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 running DBS 3.1.1...

One thing I notice on this or Elkays kernel...after I do a nandroid or flash something...But not all the time... i start to get crazy hsic wake lock. A plugged in recovery reboot wipe cache and dalvik solves it...but interesting nonetheless

Aw man, doesn't seem like this version of the kernel is fully compatible with the new ota. When using it, I get loads of flash frames in just about every app, every time something uses an animation it would seem.

Hey dsb...running your kernel since 3.11 all working smooth...one thing I notice and Its pretty serious is that when I open antutu and start test for benchmark screen goes off....and then either the phone just shut down and don't open until I plug my charger...or either don't shut down just the screen is off...can use my phone but without seeing anything...screen doesn't turn on and I have to close it on blind and put charger to open.....its pretty weird and noticed that was on when I pressed volume buttons...I heard the sound..then made a call..phone rang but couldn't see anything...running latest viperdna with your kernel..can confirm that with other kernels don't have that problem and when I installed yours i flashed the modules right...

P.S:either stock cpu speed either using system tuner or cpu frills and overclock to 1728 problem remains....I have revert the settings back to default in system tuner and using cpu frills as main app for overclock..is there any possibility that those 2 apps conflicts and creating that problem???I can delete right now system tuner but can't test because I am not at home and if problem remains I would not be able to use my phone

Okay folks, no fancy graphics or information here. Searching this site will tell you any of the generic information you may be interested in. I am not going to clutter up things any more than I normally do. Which is already enough.

I need to make something very clear here. I'm sure it's just me, but I feel like I need to say it out loud, rather than just leaving it in my source. At least 90% of what I give you is other peoples original work, modified by me to run on whatever device I have. I don't do it to look smart, or be important, I do it 9 times out of 10 because there isn't something already out there. The vast majority of the options I give you are from amazing coders like show-p1948 and faux123. There are random snippets from others too. This time Zarboz contributed a lot in the beginning. I just wanted to make that clear. If you ever wanna know exactly who did something I put into a kernel, go look at the source. If I cannot get the original commit, with them as author, they are listed in the comment. If nobody is there but me, I actually did it.

    So, here you go:

    Droid DNA Cubed Kernel 3.1.3

    Installation:

    1. Unzip the file you downloaded.
    2. Copy the Modules zip to the SDCard.
    3. adb reboot bootloader
    4. fastboot flash boot <file> (This will depend on where you unzipped to.)
    5. Use menu on phone to go to recovery.
    6. Flash Modules file in recovery.
    7. Reboot
    8. Profitt!

Please Note: This kernel removes some stock files you will need to use other kernels. Please flash this file before flashing anything else to return everything to stock.

Just wanted to let you all know I am still around.

Thanks sooooo much to all of you who helped me keep the lights on. I think I have made an arrangement that will keep that going.

I'm sorry to have let my soap opera of a life leak onto this thread, but I didn't want to just disappear if the power went off.

I continue to await new source from HTC so I can update this thing.

In the mean time I will be off looking for ways to feed myself, so don't think I have abandoned you. Things are still very tough here. But I am still around.

And thanks again for all the help! You guys literally kept my lights on at a time when I expected to be living in the cold and dark.

New card in. Let the games begin!

I will be posting test versions in the OP as I rebuild.

I will rely on your feedback for progressing.

I don't want to know about anything but reboots/lockups/SODs or things that don't work right.

Look for the first one late tonight or early tomorrow.

No issues on stock for me.

So we all have junk phones only on kernels? Hmm I'm confused
