I had this happen last night and no matter what I did would fix it. I found out it was an issue with flashing the FB15 kernel with CWM so I recommend the following:
Odin FB17
Odin FB15 Kernel w/ Recovery
Flash Theme
That should do it. I had an issue last night where I even had to Odin FB17 for a second time and finally it fixed and I no longer get the issue.
I would flash the theme twice in a row to make sure it all sticks. This also fixed the ICS style mms not showing contact pictures.
I had some issues when flashing everything initially. i.e. boot loops or just stuck at the 4G screen.
For me, the following order worked:
Flash FB17 [odin or cwm]
reboot
let it boot to the home screen
reboot and go into download mode
odin FB17 kernel
let it boot to the home screen
reboot and go into recovery
flash theme

Every time I flash this following all directions for this and for Calks FB17 De-odexed rom I end up with two messaging apps and only a few of the icons themed.

Pick out the one you want to use, then open up the other one. Go into settings and turn off notifications. Do not remove the one with the blue icon (stock tw).

so i have a weird one here i have at one time ran tnz rom with the dark ics theme that was about 4 roms ago. now this isnt my first flash so when i say i wiped i wiped big time every thing works except i did have to delete the stock web browser and re-boot to get the aosp to work. but any ways i went to system folder then apps and the apps still have that dark ics theme but in root explorer they are displayed correctly any ideals. i dont think its hurting anyhting but then again could it cause problems. by the way this theme is sick thank you, thank you this theme maid it possable to run this touch wiz ics.
Two things I've found is the AOSP Camera2 apk FCs when trying to use panoramic
And the ICS AOSP SMS apk doesn't pull all contacts into it. Or is it just me?

Known issues with both. That isn't the AOSP MMS persay, it is a modded version to work with all Android. It can only pull from Gmail contacts and yes some don't pull. I have no control over that myself.
This is why I included both, some people want ICS MMS and some people want TW but there seems to always be an issue so there is a choice to sacrifice for ICS MMS or remove it.
Quick Update to v1.1 that includes a fix and tons of apps. There is limited space with the ICS Rom at the moment so we have to sacrifice some APK files so I took out the most unused and placed the on the external sd card.
If you use any of these apps you should back them up before flashing this and restore them or find them in the Removed Apps folder and put them back.

Not sure why. Try to rename SecBrowser.apk to .bak and restart.

60CURRENT VERSION: 1.9 (Calks FC24 v1.3a 4.0.3 DeOdexed Compatible)
ICS-4-ICS Theme v1.9 is compatible with the DeOdexed FC24 4.0.3 leak only and is based on Calks tweaked version. It will work fine with other FC based leaks. I do not recommend flashing over FB based leaks.
This theme is a joint effort from myself (ssconceptz) and Overstew and a port from the 2.3.6 Theme that has been so popular for our devices.

Yes bricks are user related errors but do not use touch recovery or rom manager. If you do not have confidence in your ability to root/flash/modify your phone do not do it, plain and simple.11Very quick update to FC05 Base, skipped on Calk's update until he updates to FC05. Updates are coming out so fast that it's a bit hard to keep up. No big changes here although planned in future releases.
