ever since yesterday , i rebooted the phone , when it gets to the lock screen while is loading . it only loads the tool bar and the other part of the screen is black . i have to go to recovery and flash the rom again. which i think is weird . after i flashed the rom again everything works .but if i have to reboot the phone for any reason . the same thing happens,

i did a clean install with a superwipe script . im still having the same issue . i remember i was playing temple run with the cpu oc to 153600 . it froze , pull the battery out. i thought everything will be normal again . that is how everything started

any suggestions anything of what i can do . ?? or
just not reboot the phone at all??,
should i try another rom , i flashed this rom back in march , everything was fine till yesterday .

Thanks for making an awesome Sense 3.5 ROM that has all the right tweaks in all the right places! When I get dissatisfied with an ICS ROM for whatever reason, Energy is ultimately the one I come back to. :)

Finally got the phone fix , it was a file, I put , looking forward for the update .
In the next one can you change the gps icon of the status bar with the same one from the quick settings .

Sim Card Issue

Has anyone had an issue with the rom suddenly saying that there is no sim card found, and it only gives you the options to reboot or power down? I flashed the Super Wipe, did a clean install, and restored app only (no data) and this occured about 20 minutes later. I reboot and it still happens, sometimes immediately, and sometimes after a few minutes. I even switched around radios and matching ril's just in case.

I was angry because I thought it was a hardware issue because it is doing this with every Sense 3.0 and 3.5 rom I try. Strange thing is, this never occurs with cm7 or ics aosp or aokp. It's only with Sense roms. Does anybody possible have any insight to this?

So...hopefully you have a NAND BU? If not, just reflash the NRG ROM (no wipe needed)...and you s/be good to go.

Won't this undo the SystemUI.apk "fix" I installed to fix the network icon (4G for everything, instead of 3G/H+)?

Went to bed last night and my phone was fine, woke up this morning and I have the headset icon at the top. I don't have a headset connected and I have bluetooth off. I've restarted the phone, with and without headphones in it. At one point the logo changed from the headset to the headphones icon (there's no mouthpiece on the headset version) but as soon as I pulled it out the headset icon popped up again. I can hear through headphones but cannot talk, and cannot hear through the device itself. I've also gone to the extreme of wiping everything and re-installing the ROM and that didn't fix it, first time boot the headset logo was still there. All I can think now is unrooting the phone and taking it to ATT, hopefully one of you has run into this issue?

Ended up putting my phone back into S-on stock, only to find out it's a month out of warranty. Did a factory reset with headphones inserted, took them out before it loaded and it came up fine (original factory reset didn't work). Rooted the phone again and now I'm back to this ROM. Glad I figured it out because between HTC and ATT support I'm pretty sure there isn't a more retarded support staff. Again, awesome ROM, best I've had to this day.

the rctweak server is down so some of the tweaks in the rctweaks are not gonna work.

Rc tweaks has been taken out by Capy, but if Energy makes his own portal. He could have tweaks running and maybe add custom tweaks...

The only bug I get with this ROM is when it's charging, screen on, not being used (just sitting there), it'll warm reboot about every 10 minutes. Doesn't do it if not charging, doesn't do it when charging and I'm using it. Doesn't do it when charging and left alone with screen off either. Only if left alone, charging with screen on (I have screen never sleeps checked in settings>apps>development).

Don't have this problem on other roms (but many other issues, that's why this ROM is my fav), and I did a full wipe before both installs of this ROM. Happens on home charger, car charger, etc.

Other than this, great ROM and I love it! Much more reliable than ARHD.

    This development thread is for the official RCMix blue, energized custom firmware series for the HTC Inspire4G !

    I build my ROMs with four main goals.
    • Eye candy ( I want my ROM to look great and for it to all flow together nicely)
    • Speed !!!
    • Smoothness, consistency and good aesthetics
    • Stability through private beta testing before public release
    I preconfigure a lot of things in my ROM, because when I flash it on my phone, I want it ready to go. So, the ringtone, sms/email and other notifications to already be set. Doing it this way, makes for a nice ROM that's ready out of the box.

    I thought I would accumulate the early bugs here for the Inspire for NRGZ28's review. It will be easier to accumulate the "bugs" here for our Chef...so let me know if something needs to be added.

    Bug Report:

    7.26.2012 ROM:
    1. Reported that Panorama Camera not working - See this post for solution. NOW INCLUDES FLASHABLE ZIP!
    2. 3G/4G/H+ Status Bar Icons - Some have reported this as a "bug". The "H" connection status is showing as "4G"; the "3G" connection status is showing as "4G". There is a SystemUI.apk "fix" posted here

    2.21.2012 ROM:
    1. Reported that Panorama Camera not working - See this post for solution. NOW INCLUDES FLASHABLE ZIP!
    2. Alarm on Status Bar - Alarm Icon disappears after a reboot. You have to go to alarms, uncheck and recheck your alarm to get the alarm icon to show up again.
    3. 3G/4G/H+ Status Bar Icons - Some have reported this as a "bug". The "H" connection status is showing as "4G"; the "3G" connection status is showing as "4G". There is a SystemUI.apk "fix" posted here
    4. OC/UV Settings Not Sticking After Reboot - I appear to be the only one reporting this, but OC and UV settings changed via Daemon Controller are not "sticking" after a reboot...sometimes. That is the weird part, sometimes after a reboot the settings are still there (this is after a long time of usage). Sometimes after a reboot...and then another reboot (installing apps; changing system apps; etc...requiring a couple of quick reboots), the OC/UV settings revert back to "default". This may be a protection feature built in to Daemon Controller?? I would recommend installing the DaemonController-3.3-beta3.apk which is located at the bottom of Sybregunne's Post #1 here. (NRG's ROM includes DaemonController-3.1.apk)
    FIXED:
    1. Flash Player Not Working - See this post for solution (thanks Random667) ... Fixed in the 2.21.2012 Sense 3.5 version
    2. HD Video Orientation Playback in HTC Gallery - Please see this post for explanation and fix. ... Fixed in the 2.21.2012 Sense 3.5 version
    3. Music App misaligned controls and phone branding error for DHD ... Fixed in the 2.21.2012 Sense 3.5 version

    Addons for 11.27.2011 Sense 3.0 Version:
    1. AT&T Users - H+ and 5-Bar Signal status icons - Please see this post if you want to add the H+ data status icon and/or the 5-bar signal status icons.
      The icons in the referenced post were made and tested for the "Themed" NRG ROM dated 11/27/2011.
      I don't even know what NRG's "Stock" ROM looks like, so not sure if it will work on NRG's "Stock" ROM.
      The set of instructions and references in the post should enable you to try to make them yourself if you want to!
      Thanks to 'homeslice976' for a nice set of instructions on how to do this!
    2. Sense3 camera+ ver.2 - Nice camera update by 'Lyapota'. Panorama! Gallery effects work!
      I installed the 'orig_camera_Runny4.zip' in recovery; rebooted; back to recovery and installed the 'lyapota_camera_plus2_Runny4.zip'. (Actually, my 2nd flash was the 'Blue_lyapota_camera_plus2_Runny4.zip' skinned by 'Rayford85' since I'm running NRGZ28's "Themed" ROM). I have not encountered any FC's. After flashing, I had to reinstall the HD Video Orientation Playback in HTC Gallery...see bug report.
