Hi every one
My freezing problem after the update 4.3 all I got black screen with samsung word :crying::crying::crying:
Can any one help me ?

Maybe if you give some details someone can help you.
Is your s3 rooted? If yes which ROM and kernel are you using? How did you update to 4.3?

NOT rooted I'm using official ROM and it's phone update from samsung

Choices

One factory reset
Two flash stock rom via Odin .
Three take it to a Samsung service centre .

I solved it

Instructions
Extract (unzip) the firmware file
Download Odin v3.09
Extract Odin zip-file
Open Odin v3.09
Reboot phone in Download Mode (press and hold Home + Power + Volume Down buttons)
Connect phone and wait until you get a blue sign in Odin
Add the firmware file to AP / PDA
Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked
Click the start button, sit back and wait a few minutes
