I'm having a small problem and a strange thing...
I flashed the KK bootloader/modem and well the first rom I tried was Omega, well it was stuck on boot with that rom
So I tried a few others like these

omega http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2470441
assasins http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2701444
crash rom http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2535355

those simply never got past the samsung logo except for 1 so far which is BeanStalk
Any suggestions could could cause the issue ?
I'm having the SM-N9005

Are you sure the bootloader flashed?
Because you didn't say about flashing a KK Recovery. As the JB ones dont work on the new bootloader

Just try a data factory reset after you flashed a custom rom next time, that should fix the boot issue.
