[Q] Using Galaxy s5 Dev Edition to find root on stock vzw s5

I have no idea what I am really talking about, but I was wondering if there is anything extra that could be done on dev edition s5 models to discover exploits on the locked down models. Maybe the system apps could be more easily decompiled from the dev edition phones to search for vulnerabilities that could work on locked down models, or something along these lines. Is this being researched at all or is it even worth looking into?

No...this has been discussed NUMEROUS times already. Dev Editions are completely different than stock phones.
