[Q] How to make Flash File for SPFT, I have ROM_0 only

Hai all.. help me please.. :crying:
I need to change CWMRecovery for this phone.
i am trying backup my phone with SPFT full backup with Length 13AA0000 (this area Cache).
after backup my phone is dead do not power on also brick, i am confusion, i don't know my phone is Nand Flash:crying::crying:
now i have ROM_0 and scatter file only. how to make file flash for flash tools..? my phone do not conected to MTKDroidTools.

512MB ROM(NAND flash) + 512MB RAM
Dimensions 145*80*9.9 mm

I don't have other information because i am forget to try connected to MTKDroidTools now my phone is dead.
Give me solution for this phone... help me please...

I currently don't have much information about this device, that I know my device is android v2.3.6
please help me which one is suitable rom for these devices
