If you prefer performance i think you must use zeam launcher, if you want other stuff and options you may use launcherpro or adw launcher ex.

GO Launcher EX is the most customizable for me

360 launcher also nice too with some fancy widgets and nice themes

For simplicity and speed, Sony Ericsson Home v2 is the best

I have tried ADW, GO and Launcher 7. I prefer GO, because it's very customizeable.

GO Launcher added an option to lock the screen with a gesture in its last update.. very useful and saves the power button from constant pressing.

go launncher is nice, can someone help me cause my galaxy gio wont go to start up it stucks on the ANDROID boot logo, cause i installed Cyanogenmod 7.2 for galaxy gio KANG then after that it stucks up on that ANDROID logo it doesnt go to menu screen, ive been waiting for a long time here!

Reflash cm without wiping, and after that don't move the launcher on sdcard!
