[Q] first time root/flash rom huawie ascend p1 u9200

Its my first time to Root android, i managed to download ADB bootloader and APK.

Iv unlock the superuser and running GooManager, TWRP, SuperUser

I have downloaded cm-10.2-20131218-stap75-viva.zip and Gapps

Iv backup all files and tried to run the twrp program as stated http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2411958

wiped as shown in list but till my phone says its 4.0.3

would be great if some one could help me understand what im doing wrong
