Thanks for v3b3 revert. v4 works great, for now. I will keep testing b4 little more.

Got a good look at it, it's because of the a2dp module, it's really messed up, just try not to flash this on 4.2.2 if you've updated/or not? I'll come up with another suggested build.
Flash this and let me know bud? This should kill the chipmunkness!
Alvin, Simon and Theodore are DEAD! YAY!... ... But Volume isn't nearly as loud.... hmmmm....
EDIT: NVMD... It was the movie
XD So it's fixed is it? I will include the fix in the new build tonight
It does seem a little less loud though... could be my imagination.

Yeah that's because of the default audio policy, then again hammering one nail at a time :victory:
It should work on 4.2.2 if not we can always work up nightly builds
How to uninstall this mod and get the stock on back
I wanna update my nexus 7 to 4.2.2 cannot do it become of this mod
I would just use fastboot and flash the stock factory 4.2.2 image...
You can get it here> https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images
Nexus 7 | PA 3.0 4.2.2 | M-kernel | Nova
For fast boot I wont have to connect nexus 7 to PC ?
And it will keep my All data and installations intact ?

None of what you mentioned is true lol. You need to connect to pc, you will lose your data and installation. But you will have a clean and legit firmware on it. You can use titanium backup to back up all your data. Data apps and never system apps. And restore them all it is way easier than installing one by one.
Or if you have enough patience. Just grab a stock rom and extract the files that needs to be replaced and replace it via adb. This is the easier method but seeing as to how you didn't know about flashing images, I'd skip this party.

Lol
So if I install titanium backup and backup selected programs
After that I flash new image it will also uninstall titanium backup so things will be gone as well which I backed up in my device
And is there any method in which I can keep my root and apps intact and upgrade to 4.2.2

How is the new build coming off? Are you going to update the libs with the bluetooth fix integrated and updated 4.2.2 code? I know that the beta4 is working well with the 4.2.2, but I'd rather wait for a while if you are planning to update it again. I've just successfully updated my N7 to 4.2.2
As much as I like giving the option to people on DSP and how they chose to listen to their choice of music, I did a poll over the N7 side, and collected all the data here, and about 70% don't use DSP but only 30% do. So inorder to satisfy both sides, I decided to integrate proper XLouder+Beats that work perfectly without issues, this would highly benefit the audiophiles and those who complain about bass and it's distortion. On another note I have tried my best to retain the loudness infact this build has a whooping 5% loudness, 7% with HTC enabled. And all this is safe.
Word to the wise when using Noozy do not max Psychoacoustic II, as the bass works best on 20-40% [And I repeat for this to work, Please invest on Class A/B/C Bass headphones, Also, Beats..Is class C :|, Most of you might think Beats was Class B or A but it's not. I've tested out this so called 5.1 Surround Sound and Razer Electa $60 headphones can output that and Beats can't] Just my 2 cents. Don't shoot the messenger LOL.
Noozy was the ULTIMATE choice as this cleared the headache of choosing which side do I lean on and which side would I end up screwing over. Bass+Loudness vs those who like baubly neat interfaces, and earlier today a friend of mine linked me Noozy and I tested it out and I was shocked as to how it abused EVERYTHING properly, This player was recommended to most HTC Beats Users but after enabling it on our build.prop it works just the same, Amazing, Crisp, Clean, Flawless! and the album artwork is GORGEOUS! Please do not forget to enable the options in Settings shown below to get the best feel of it. Also Lockscreen Controls are glitchy, but I'm sure the developer would work on a way to fix this.
