I purchased the 16gb Tab S a few days ago. I've decided to take it back to Best Buy and exchange it for the 32gb version. Should I do the factory reset option on the tab before I take it in or let them do it. They had an open box 8.4 and I asked the sales guy about it and he said they just do a factory reset and sell it at a $50 discount. Thanks

Also, will I be able to download my movies again to a new tab? I already used my hunger games pack app and gravity and downloaded them but they will be gaone with a factory reset. Maybe someone here has exchanged or returned a defective unit and can offer some insight.
