confusion with digitalizer.

So I bought a cracked s4 screen off of ebay. In the description it said the digitaizer is cracked but he also said the touch works. Is he confused what a digtizer is or can it be cracked but still working?

It still works but not as expected, don't expect much of it one of the letters or more on the keyboard won't press for example, even trying to connect it to ur phone may break it completly.

Save ur money on a new screen buddy.
