No network emergency calls only

i have updated to 4.3 Via odin

but now i dont have network access, i have looked around for solutions but im unable to find one that work can anyone explain to me what to do and would i brick the device if i flashed with 4.1.2 stock?

any ideas thanks

I think you lost your IMEI! Did you backup the /efs folder?

Device: Samsung Galaxy S3
ROM: CyanogenMod 11 (Temasek Unofficial V27)
