gallery & camera - android 4.4

hello,
i tried install gallery and camera from this link: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2506500
gallery works fine but camera doesn't work, it doesn't want to start. can someone help me to run this app?

you can't run them, cause those apps are for KK

and there's no KK ROM for HOV

But there are some topics at forum about camera from KK on ICS or JB , CM10.
