1. HERE are the Official Wallpapers of the Sony Xperia Z extracted from the system dump.
52 BRIGHT and Vivid Wallpapers :D
Note : All the Wallpapers are in Full HD 1080p

2.I also prepared a flashable zip that contains 28 wallpapers( I only put the wallpapers that fit perfectly well on the screen and no need for cropping).

IMPORTANT !!! : THE FLASHABLE ZIP IS ONLY FOR XPERIA DEVICES RUNNING A STOCK BASED ROM

Instructions For Flashing The Zip:

1-Copy the ZIP on your sdcard
2-Boot into Recovery(CWM,....)
3-Navigate to " Install zip from sdcard "
4-Then choose " choose zip from sdcard"
5-Navigate now to the folder where you put the zip.
6-Choose the zip
7-Press Yes - Install
8-Enjoy !!!

System path for wallpapers on sony xperia devices:

system/etc/customization/content/com/sonyericsson/wallpaperpicker/wallpapers

NOTE: If you are willing to put your own wallpapers there, don't forget to put a smaller version of your wallpaper, and end its name with "_small"

That's exactly what I did. A created a smaller version of the original image (160x142) and added _small at the end, but when I flash it, it crashes.

Would it be easier if I put my wallpaper and its small version manually to that folder?
