Two days ago, firstly, i terminated my contract with sprint. And, then i got my unlock code from sprint. Today, I called sprint to ask how to unlock my galaxy s4 phone with unlock code. (i thought i can unlock my phone by inputting the unlock code when insert another carrier's sim card, but, i failed, there's no interface coming out for you to enter the code)
But, they told me that since i cancelled the service in sprint, they can do nothing to unlock my phone, even with a unlock code.
they said that i should unlock my phone before cancelling the service.
So, what can i do now with the unlock code? how to unlock my phone with the code? is there any post here that can solve my problem? many unlocking posts seem too professional for me, and i'm really in a hurry.
i bought a familymobile sim card, and it just show that "invalid sim card", when i insert it in my phone.
