Hello, so I'm running the latest 7.2 final and it works great! better then some other ICS ROM i tested. only issue I'm having is that the phone will freeze for 20secs & then reboot itself only when im on Maps or Navigation. it's only happened 2 times in the last 20 hrs.
ps. I did do a full wipe data/cache/dalvik/system
and i did re-load some apps using titanium (non gapps)
should i try wiping again & not reloading apps from titanium??

how is it that the default max cpu freq is 1209, and min is 368 but neither 1209 nor 368 are present in the list of values you can set the cpu to?
methinks this kernel needs a little polishing
but this rom is awesome so far, its the first one i have actually stayed on and not strayed back to GB

since you restore with titanium backup yo have problems, dont restore any backups in ICS, it brakes things in the phone, this was said a long time ago in this forum
oh ok, thought it was just when restoring gapps.

OK so I've been testing this rom out and the one big issue that I found was that you can access the notification bar when on the lock screen this is really bad for security. If you find a fix for this please tell me.

Actually i think on all ics roms its like that. On my Galaxy Nexus official rom its does the same thing.
That's only when the lock screen has no security right? No pin, nothing. I don't think that's a security problem. It doesn't happen when you have some sort of security lock in place

i need help with that too.
also if your in a call and its one of those "press 5 to answer or blablabla" pressing a phone number will not do anything. my father calls me from prison.. and i have to press "5" to answer. doesnt work on this rom. has always worked before. running 7.2 final (shot of awesomness)
thats an pure ICS feature, if you have some kind of pin password it wont let you do anithing
I am just confused now, I tried flashing to 7.0 since someone on here said they didn't have any lock up issues on there, so I flashed it and within 15min my phone just locked up on me now with the screen on. All I did was sign into google then I cleared defaults for the launcher because I accidentally chose trebuchet and I wanted nova. I am debating on formatting my SD card and flashing 7.2 but not sure if doing that will remove my root or recovery.
That's terrible. So every time you upgrade with a full wipe, you need to set everything back up manually?
This seems like a good from. I have been on stock froyo rooted for a while mainly because GPS works perfect on stock. Is it flaky on this ROM?
I missed that post, so if we restore apps it causes the phone to act whacky? Well no wonder I have been having issues.

when the screen is off, you can pres the HOME, MENU and BACK Button to wake up the screen to unlock them keep that in mind

Im going to to be very strict in that, PLEASE DONT ASK FOR ETA, you know that demanding for a fix is bad here in xda, we do this in our free time as a hobby so dont ask for ETAS and if you encouter a bug, tell us and if you encouter a FC ( that should be no one there ) please provide the name of the app , a logcat and how to reproduse it that way we can work in a better way

the face unlokc option was found by firesnatch . it is like a colaborate work inclouding all the android imsomnia team (me and firesnatch are part ot that team) me and firesnatch are working hard ( me overnight) to try pull a super stable rom for all of you.
now im talking about adreno libs
the DHD port was tweaked to use the new adreno libs , so thats why i cant (or you) use the old adreno lib in the newest roms, so every one needs to wait untill apps get updated for that libs.
about kernel
Tiamat ICS kernel and MDJ ICS AOSP kernels are killing battery, they drain a lot of battery, and i dont want that to be in my rom, like i said above, i wan a stable ICS build for every one. So if you want to find another kernel adn if you flash that kernel and works great for you, please give me some feedback and download link to it, that way the testers of android insomnia or me by my self can test them and see the improvments
Bluethoot problem
the bluethoot firmware was missing in system/etc/fiemware, that was the problem of bluethoot not pair with devices, i added it to my test build.

I made for my self a test build, including, the buethoot fix, face unlock, the camera force close fix, and one or two things more, if all goes like i want then espect an update this week
so people be patient but dont demand for a fast fix just report wait and see
well thats all i can say for now
and please forgive me for all the silly bugs around there all will be fixed soon
