Blue spots on nexus 5

so whenever im on a dark screen, like the boot screen etc. there are blue and purple spots on the left side (pretty big aswell) what should i do?

Reflash stock. See if its there after a fresh install. If so, its a hardware failure I'm afraid.

I have this too but on the middle right side. No idea what It is...

Overheating from the CPU, I suggest getting an RMA
