how it behaves with respect to the ram, the phone gets very hot? such is the camera? I come from a s3 and my experience was pesima regarding ram memory, gets very hot s3 lot and do not want to repeat the bad experience, really worth the investment???

you bought a quad core device, itll get hot when you use it, its normal. especially a phone with a glass back, which you can feel the heat through better than if it was plastic. and im 1000% sure that your phone doesnt have an issue, nor is it getting anywhere near the shutdown temp of 100C. just because you feel heat, it doesnt mean that its overly hot. the nexus 4 cpu can safely hit 99C before the thermal safety kicks in.
