Double tap screen on ?

Really loved being able to double tap to turn my screen on with my Nokia lumia before this. Is there a way of enabling it on the nexus. I've rooted the device

Many custom kernels support this. Have a look in the kernel threads. It is a huge battery drain on the Nexus 5.

If you don't want to change kernels then You could also try out Touch Control : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.paranoid.touchcontrolfree

However, not all kernels are supported by it!
