Alright, I know it's been asked, but I can't get it to work. I'm trying to use Thumb Keyboard to stick and I cannot get it to hold. I've tried restoring it, removing Android Keyboard and installing TK to system apps with correct permissions. Each time, I get constant force closes, even when not using the keyboard. Any help please?

Using jokersax CM9 via sink.

Question, what's up with the browser? Does it support flash??
I have flash 11 installed and stock CM9 browser but no flash support in web pages? What's wrong?

Have you actually flashed the OC kernel? Maybe you probably did...

Nope. Using standard kernel. I noticed after testing out 0.5.2 for a day that my phone feels hotter than usual, so I went and checked CPU time in state. 26% at 1 GHz, over around 43% on 608 MHz (which is my SetCPU settings for temps > 60 degrees Celcius), and 20% on 456 MHz (which is my SetCPU settings for screen off). In other words, the CPU is stuck on max clock speed almost 90% of the time.

Try a battery pull... It works for me when that happens after a new flash :D

Dude don't worry, we got your back, don't let incessant rants by impatient warts hold you back from your on life. I mean, those who have jumped to ICS should know that they've been waiting for quite some time, so what's the big rush? Might as well wait while the man lives his life for awhile.

PS: To the impatient warts in the thread, STOP being impatient. If you're so desperate for a functional ICS, go get yourself a Nexus. You know, the 'true Google phone'? The one with super regular attention from Google. Yeah, go get that instead.

CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

All the source code for CyanogenMod is available in the CyanogenMod Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to CyanogenMod, please visit out Gerrit Code Review. You can also view the Changelog for a full list of changes & features.

    10000+ comments between two threads
    Over 2 millions views
Both threads were 1 and 2 for xda for several weeks.
    200+ referring websites
    150000 attempted attacks
Someone is using Netscape :what: seriously 500 dollar phone and you're using windows 3.1???
    IPhone 5.2 and 5.3???
Funniest comment denied "tenga egg video" umm no
Best pm "bj for your hard work?" I didn't accept as I ended up with the girl that motivated me to get into Android dev'ing.
Proudest moment: several nvidia workers telling me about cm9 by me before they knew who I was.
Funniest webmaster email: angry wife claiming I hypnotized her husband into my cult.
Hardest fix to find, that stupid semicolon :banghead:
Easiest fix: doing nothing and magically something starts working.
