[UPDATED] [Recovery][Unlocked BL] PhilZ Touch 6.50.6 For Both XM SS & DS [4.3]

problem: asking for update rom

when i flash the kernel my XMD with "XM DUAL 4.3 philz 6.50.6 For 15.5.A.1.5.img" , it started normaly with rocovery and system but in system it ask to update through 15.5.a.1.5 , so i decompiled boot.img and i open default.prop found in ramdisk.cpio and found this:

after searching for how to combine stock kernel and recovery ramdisk the i succeed to make a boot.img with stock kernel 15.5.a.1.5 for XM dual C2005 with advanced CWM philz 6.50.6 and i share it

Added boot image for xm c1905 JB 4.3 build 15.4.a.1.9 , i wait your try and report

how to use :
extract it to any folder
and flash it via fasboot

and enjoy...

USB storage mount BUG

Hi guys,

all CWM versions after 6.0.4.5 have the same "USB storage mount" BUG. It was fixed in the version 6.0.4.5 (Changelog in this thread: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2481864) and works fine, but it doesn't work with all these versions 6.0.4.7/6.0.4.9 and PhilZ Touch 6.50.6. I think this fix was forgotten - please check.

when i mounted the 2nd partition manualy it backup data and 2nd partition normaly by using adb shell when starting recovery and mounting data :

Code:

mount  /dev/block/mmcblk1p2     /data/sdext2

and the same action for restoring

and how make it automatic ? when starting recovery ?

Flashing Steps

Just little Confusion here the following steps are right

01. PUt IMG file in firmware folder
02. Open Flashtool
03. connect devce in fastboot
04. Click on flash
05. select image file
06. click on flash and wait for completing...

Please tell me if i am doing mistake at any place,....

i flashed philz touch 6.50.6 XM_DUAL 4.3 FOR 15.5.A.1.5 ON MY SONY XPERIA M DUAL C2004. I WAS ABLE TO BOOT INTO RECOVERY but my phone didnt rebooted normally after that.. it just got stuck at SONY logo.. then i flashed aroma 2.0 through recovery and deleted cache/recovery--> .log files but it also didn't help me.

You can use FOTA-TWRP, it's better.
