I am picking up my S5 tomorrow. I am use to AT&T's bloatware, so I am wondering what bloatware comes preinstalled on the TMobile Galaxy S5?

It's actually pretty good compared to previous Galaxy phones. You have a few T-Mobile apps as mentioned and the usual random apps from Samsung, but other third party apps are limited to Amazon, Flipboard and Lookout Mobile Security (may or may not consider Lookout bloat). The latter three can be turned off. If you root you should be able to freeze or delete apps.

Even if you don't root you can just disable them. Google made it a lot easier to deal with boat ware since android 4.0. And yes, if you root you can delete or Uninstall them.
