hello i just rooted my s4! im in 4.3 stock, could i use ROM Manager to install cmw? or someone could point me to a way to doit? Thanks in advance an sorry for crappy english!

No, you can't install clockwork or twrp. The only only recovery you can install is SafeStrap.
