Hey Cline! Can you tell me more about your experiences with 2-3-2b? Any issues experienced? I've been so tempted to install that. Let us know your thoughts on 2-4-17
Pretty good so far but battery little drain becuz I use vibrate alot due to deaf. I have spare battery in pocket everyday. Other than battery. All good. I just downloaded 2-4-17 but not install it right now.

Yup! same here, thank god i did a nandroid backup. I wrote them about that issue but haven't got any response yet

2.3.2stable imho is the best miui to date on the infuse I went from a fresh odin and had no fc's or any issues in weeks I did play around with the 2.3.9beta that one did give me fc's (mainly gallery related) and occasional reboots
Did you try the battery pull,3 finger,to get to blue revovery,then wipe,then flash again?

I tried that 3 times but no luck, hangs on Samsung boot. I believe they are working on a fix.

i want to let everyone know that we finally can look forward to the status pull down bar, dialer and msm themes for miui v4
one of our members "raakaysh" made the first full theme and he gave me permission to look over his theme to make one myself which I already did

Am I right in assuming that flashing SHOCK n AWE kills the MIUI Statusbar Mods? I can install SnA, or the Statusbar mods, but if I try to install both, I end up in a boot loop. Reflashing MIUI fixes it easy enough, though.
I wanted to re-arrange the top menu & kill off the AT&T text, but I don't see any option to do that without the Statusbar Mod

Rom Installation:
(If you are just upgrading to the next release, skip.steps 3&4, if you are coming from a non miui rom I suggest following all of the steps.)
1. Place MIUI-Infuse.zip on internal SD card
2. Reboot into CWM
3. Wipe data/factory reset
4. Wipe Dalvik Cache
5. Flash MIUI-Infuse.zip
If your phone doesn't boot:
1. Pull battery and put back in
2. Hold volume up, volume down, and power button
3. let go of power button as soon as you see samsung text
4. wait til blue cwm shows
5. Flash MIUI-Infuse-1.*.*.zip again
6. Enjoy!!

1: Download sgs kernel flasher
2: Download CWM community kernel
3: Flash kernel via sgs kernel flasher "unchecked the reboot button" when done flashing turn phone of "SHUTDOWN"
4: 3 finger until the Samsung logo pops up keep holding the buttons the screen will go black then Samsung logo will come up, let go of the power button and keep hold the volume up and down buttons "For about 20 seconds" then let go it should boot into Red CWM after a few seconds.
5: Go to install zip from SD card go all the way down and run update.zip it will boot back into RED CWM run update.zip again and it should now boot into GREEN CWM
6: From here Re-Flash MIUI "New Release would be smart", Wipe Fact,Wipe Cache, Wipe Dalvik, Flash, reboot at sign of Samsung logo pull battery, 3 finger into blue recovery and flash again.
7: Presto you should be set and have recovery back.
TO GET THEMES WORKING: OPEN ROOT EXPLORER, GO TO DATA/SYSTEM, AND CREATE A NEW FOLDER CALLED "THEME".
