You can't install the OTA.
After you unlock the bootloader for the first time ( re-locking it doesn't change anything ) you can no longer install OTA updates.
You have to download a stock ROM with the update integrated.
Don't get nervous though, it's easy.
You need to install the Android SDK and the HTC Sync & Drivers, uninstall the Sync Manager.
And then download the sense6_firmware.zip & StockSense6_4...zip & the attached boot.img from the following thread:
http://xdaforums.com/htc-one-mini/development/rom-official-stock-sense-6-rom-firmware-t2817921/
And then follow the exact steps below:
- restart phone in BOOTLOADER and go in BOOTLOADER, FASTBOOT USB Mode , now connect phone to the computer
- open FASTBOOT program and type: fastboot oem rebootRUU
- Wait for the device to reboot to a black screen with an HTC logo
- type: fastboot flash zip sense6_firmware.zip
- When it says it is done in the terminal/cmdprompt execute the following - [The green bar only fills up about 75% of the way]
- type: fastboot reboot-bootloader
- restart phone in recovery
- press button wipe and manually wiping ONLY /data, /cache, dalvik-cache and /system (no more)
- now install rom Stock_Sense6-4.09.401.3.zip
- restart phone in BOOTLOADER and go in BOOTLOADER, FASTBOOT USB Mode
- flash via FASTBOOT the file boot.img in this way: type: fastboot flash boot boot.img
- type: fastboot reboot
- go in recovery mode
- restart phone the rom is installed.
Let me know if you have any questions.
