Hey, I tested your Energy-Sencity rom
Build 29022 Sense2.5, Cookie.2.0, sencity updated Jun.06.
Occasional Problems:
1. if using lockscreen with pin: occasionally get a black screen and have to soft reset
2. screen size problems.. everything seems to turn wvga.. (incoming call too tall, cant see half of the buttons. when setting up wifi can't see all buttons) - fixed after soft reset
3. unable to call numbers not in my contact list - fixed after soft reset
All-around problems
1. Home screen, using dual flip and analog clock (as main clock): Problem - analog clock always says "AM..." regardless of whether it is am or pm
2. almost always a 3 second delay for lockscreen to work. (Possible solution was posted earlier (by creating a black file WELCOME.NOT and adding it to mem card & hardreset), haven't tested it, hoping this could be fixed in the next update though)
3. if using a lockscreen with pin: options say you can set it up so it will only ask for a pin if unused for 5 min, 10min, etc. etc. This does not work. No matter how long its been (2 seconds, 1 second) if the lockscreen is on, it will always ask for pin.
3. When you first set up lockscreen with pin, you must soft-reset (you get a black screen).
4. when in landscape with lockscreen, there is always some white icon (not clickable) near the bottom left. Why is it there?
5. two different sms layouts? When going to text through: Messages --> All messages --> click text it shows a slightly uglier layout compared to: Messages --> hit center. The bubbled one is much prettier. Suggestion: is it possible for the phone to go to a "all conversations" screen after you click "all messages". In this "all conversations" screen it will list people you are having a conversation with instead of "all messages". When you click a person from "all conversations" you go to the bubbled screen.
6. call waiting doesn't work???
7. when on notes page with draw disabled, scrolling doesn't work properly. You must scroll first, then let go, then the page jumps to where you scrolled to. the page does NOT actively move as you move up / down the scroll bar. =[
8. when setting up alarms, sometimes the background behind the time you set it up as is white after setup and sometimes its black. what defines when its white / black? Is it just set up like that to represent what is supposedly day (white) and night (black)? can you make it am = white, pm = black instead? (or provide the option to do so)
9. texts in the sms/mms screen (the slightly uglier screen talked about above) and the sms screen don't match up.
10. when using some apps, the bottom bar is pixellated / blurry.
11. not sure if hardware problem or not: When calling I always hear static using HTC touch pro, however if I stick my sim in a Sony Ericsson Xperia x10 or Sony Ericsson w995 I hear no static at all =S =S
12. when in a call, landscape view (with keyboard out) is too wide (end call button is off screen)
13. action screen does NOT work in landscape mode (keyboard out)
Requests
1. PLEASEEEEEE add a open keyboard to unlock option
2. please port sencity lockscreen (since the new sencity1.0 wont include the lockscreen.. only the donor-only version, sencityEX, will (from what I know at least))
3. more alarm clocks please. 7 days in a week, so worst case scenario is waking up at different time ever day, please include 7 alarms.
4. allow us to change the action screen icon size / layout
5. if possible please add a data calculator, (if it'll take up a lot of ram then nevermind, as ram is something we can't compromise with atm)
6. I can't find the screenshot app
7. When using lockscreen with pin: add an option that as soon as you enter the number it opens the lockscreen. Make it so there is no need to hit the bottom button to confirm number.
8. when in call, double tap to unlock screen
Appearance: 10/10
Performance: 8/10 (occasional lag. Not sure if hardware problem or rom)
Overall: 9/10
