Best way to unlock, root and debloat SCH-I435?

New to Samsung, coming from Motorola Razr M -- appreciate your patience...

Just picked up an S4 Mini on Verizon (SCH-I435) and would like to do the following:

(1) Unlock BL
(2) Root
(3) De-bloat/flash "pure Android" ROM
(4) Unlock for international SIM card use
(5) Run "Entitlement Hack"
(6) Get flash working on browser

If anyone has a few mins to spare and point me in the right direction, I'd really appreciate it.

I'm new to this device and after searching the forums all morning, I'm a little overwhelmed.

(1) Not possible at this time
(2) towelroot.com 1-click root stay away from kingo if possible.
(3) freeze with titanium backup as stated above. A custom rom is not possible at this time because a custom recovery has not been developed yet.
(4) I'm not sure about this one.
(5) the "Entitlement Hack" was blocked. Currently Foxfi is the only working hotspot available.
(6) Aftermarket browser is your only option.

Probably not the info you want to hear but its the best we have at this time.
