[REF][POLL]Elf / Elfin Original Rom Updates, Model Id & Cid Id List[ONLINE]

need Rom Update Utility to get flash nbh file ! download file rom htc Elf and extract by one folders, open the rom folder then searching and delete or replace the nbh file in with file nbh which you has download before
only ready to click update.exe hence process flashing will run by itself

that means your device is still CID locked, try to cid unlock first to able flash a cooked/custom ROM !!

i try to unlock cid so i can change language to english but after updating when i pwr on only shows smart mobility and goes off...
i did found the cid info ELF010050

but with the file i still cant solve it... cid is locked phone cant boot...IPL 1.11.0002
