Hi, here is the framework.jar patch for Unofficial Sony ICS 4.0.4 (4.1.B.0.431) :D

Notice
If you want to enable software rendering follow below steps

1. Install BBangSik_ICS4_30_SC_SR.zip through CWM recovery and reboot
2. After reboot open root explorer and open build.prop and add this line to below

# Software Rendering
ro.nohardwaregfx=true

3. After add this line save build.prop and reboot

Just couple of questions :

1) can i use this for neov ??
2) Is there any harm to the speaker if i put the speaker in 30 media volume ??

1) Yes
2) No. It doesn't raise the volume, but the volume bar is divided in small fractions. So it'll not harm the speaker.

Yes.
It disables direct hardware rendering which was introduced in ICS, and follows GB's way of rendering. Google it..

Rendering Software that is good????, consume more????, may interfere with some of the phone??
