This will definitely work if systemui u posted was deodexed
just need to see if icons scaled properly

PREREQUISITES:
1.YOU WILL NEED CWM
2.PHONE MUST BE ROOTED
3.MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE USING THE STOCK SYSTEMUI.APK OTHERWISE IT WILL MALFUNCTION!!
METHOD OF INSTALLATION:
DOWNLOAD THE FLASHABLE ZIP FROM HERE: https://www.dropbox.com/s/9prktxb7x0c2xhs/akshayjelly 4.2.zip
AFTER DOWNLOADING,PLACE THE ZIP FILE IN THE SDCARD OF YOUR PHONE
NOW REBOOT INTO RECOVERY
SELECT FLASH ZIP FROM SD CARD
CHOOSE AKSHAYJELLY 4.2.2 AND FLASH IT
NOW REBOOT
AFTER IT HAS BEEN FLASHED,DOWNLOAD THESE APKs NORMALLY:
