No Facebook notification

No facebook application notification sadthough i get the messenger notification..
Mine works, check in app settings if all notifications are enabled.
Checked everywhere in app settings and also in phone settings of app.. Everything has been enabled...
You may as well give up on this, i had the same problem and the only solution was to change the ROM. I couldn't receive notifications from either the Facebook app or the Messenger app, despite having all the options enabled. Which ROM are you using at the moment? It's probably the same as the one i had the problem with.
