I am currently running Baja ROM kitkat on my Verizon note 3. I have already posted to the Q+A but nobody seems to be able to help over there. I'm sorry to inform you but XDA Assist is not a place where you have something like an helpdesk.
And seems you know where to ask, but you must only to wait an answer for that error.
In other way, enter in recovery, wipe cache%dalvik and flash GApps again.
