Actually i dont have wifi at home and thus i use reverse thethering by capslock66 "http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1371345" so i was trying to download apps via the play store but the download didnt start and it said waiting for network..... i tried with xposed module for GB devices but to no avail and i thought that modifying the apk to not to search for network so i dont know exactly but can anyone tell me that after modifying apks would i be able to use my mobile with reverse tethering??? plz help!

Still now Reverse Tethering is not working for playstore download
So you can't do anything with that Apk , if you know whats the exact location of Problem than give try but don't mess up with that ...
I was using this reverse tethering a long time ago. For Downloading on play store you need to switch on your data before launching reverse tethering, next you have to launch the reverse tethering and it should work but ut's very slow. Dont stop data, it will show it working in status bar but wouldn't be used.
