Rolling right now. Just receive it 10 minutes ago. I'm from Spain.

I have tried to build the FTF but Sony PC Companion says that my current firmware is not avaliable for download at Sony servers so I think we need to wait a little more.

I will upload the image ASAP.

Same here in Romania, just OTA yet....

Also in Romania, C6903 Vodafone, but don't have the OTA or the PCC

Sony have a bug on his server and pc companion downloading old software (14.3.A.0.757), not new and give a error in installation :
