METHOD 1
Flashable Aroma Zip 5.11.401.10 with possibility to root, flash radio and stock recovery.
Download from HERE MD5: 1c6223321e398a0e34393cafa1bbf930 and flash with TWRP recovery.

WARNING!!! include optional flashable radio.

If you want to update firmware, flash 4.19.401.11 and will receive official OTA (firmware v5.11.401.10 is included) after restarting the phone.

METHOD 2
I made a stock system backup with TWRP Recovery after updated from OTA_M7_UL_K44_SENSE60_MR_HTC_Europe_5.11.401.10-4.19.401.11_release_372404wj19h95c0x6oa19n.zip
It's for M7_UL (HTC ONE LTE Edition)
You need TWRP recovery I recommend v2.6.3.3
Download from here or this mirror MD5 171ade9b0b643aaee08b0976bdb5e695
Unzip, copy to your twrp folder, reboot to recovery and restore system & boot. If you don't have a TWRP folder on phone storage, make a backup of your existing rom (or just boot, it's more quickly) and will be created automatically. Should look like this: /sdcard/TWRP/BACKUPS/FAxxxxxxxxxx
TWRP will ask you to install root before rebooting to system if you need (don't root if you want to apply new OTAs).

Here you'll find how to lock / relock bootloader without htcdev (must be S-OFF)
