Android 3?

I know this may be a rather stupid question, but why have there not been any development using Android 3 ??

I have searched, but found nothing. Or maybee I just haven't looked hard enough.

Android 3 is for tablets, U8800 is not a tablet

It also was not released by google as open source like gingerbread and before and ICS. Without source code there is no development.

Heneycomb for tablets Gingerbread for mobiles
And Ics released for both mobiles and tablets...
Heneycomb source code released if u want u can do work on that and give us android 3
