Good evening good friends 
I've just bought a moto g (italian version) and as i turned it on (ad charge was enough) i started to download ota kitkat update.
I started the update but something went wrong and now my brand new moto g is stuck on a black screen (screen lights are still on)...
What can i do to restore it?
Please help me....
I would like not to install another firmware but italian one (german, french, or others would work I know, but i'd want to have a working italian firmwered moto g like the one i had for 5' after opening the box...)
